I would say college is about 40-50%, maybe higher. I dated a basketball player in college and knew the whole team. There was definitely cliques on the team... Usually straight vs gay.
Most of the straight girls hated the lesbians because they were mean, bullying and played like dudes...rough, aggressive, shite talking.
Now this was a small D2 school with a rather clean cut good looking squad which is pretty unusual.
As for powerhouses like UCONN I bet the number is higher. I could easily see the WNBA being 80+% percent though. One, the butch dykes can play basketball real good like and two, the culture of the league being so dominant drives may force the straight girls out of the sport entirely or to a different country where the bitch lesbians culture isn't so overwhelming.

I was a graduate assistant for a D1 baseball school, and knew a lot of the girls on the softball team, and it was probably 50/50 there.

I have interacted with college coaches for years for recruiting and watched those teams for years. some lesbos? sure. of course. But even 50/50 is laughable if you think that is the norm on all teams. Maybe your team? 7 or 8 out of 15 or 16 lesbo? Show me the 50% right now at ULL or LSu or Nicholls or LC or Centenary that are lesbo. I know girls on every one of those teams, some i coached, and some played on or against my girls high school or travel teams in regular season or tournaments/round robins.

All the ones I've met/talked to that played HS/college ball said there was like the real lesbos, then a lot of lipstick part time "one time at band camp" types that would fool around during trips and camps

It's probably closer to 40-50%, at least from where I played through high school and worked in an AD in college in a decently liberal area.
Now would I be surprised if she dealt with really aggressive, off-putting lesbians in the WNBA? Not at all. There's nothing worse than a super masculine lesbian who has built her identity on being the best at a sport because of her masculinity and her being threatened by a straight girl/lipstick lesbian that is better than her.
