I don't know if this is legit or not but holy frick the Niners' FO has to get their shite together with respect to leaks and squashing rumors.
Considering Kap is the only QB currently under contract I would be surprised if it were true unless it were straight-up for Foles. Then again this offseason has been as fricking absurd as it gets, so what isn't plausible.
