Seems like LeBron is also putting up more 3's than ever before too...I know the big talk was this post season he was shooting poor front downtown, but I don't think he's shot this many 3's like this before....I like it, I'll take it..if he gets in a rythem he's rolling..if he's not hitting he goes to the line

Thank for this post because it truly shows that you literally have no idea how they break down these efficiency numbers.

If he shoots 5+ more shots per game makes them at 50 percent clip he's scoring more points for his team at a better efficiency for this team mates. And in this particular example he was shooting 60 percent from the field, so continuing to shoot at a horrible percentage obviously does not apply.

Like I said, obviously there's a trade off and when you get to 37 PTs on 37 shots there's adverse effects. But after that 0/10 start he shot close to a 50 percent clip, so him continiueing to aggressive on offense was a net plus.

These AI/LeBron comparisons are shite. Their styles of play and areas of play are so different I don't really see the point of addressing.

And lastly Green will have a huge positive role for the Warriors this series, both offensively and defensivly. But he doesn't possess many of the traits of a defender that usually heavily flusters LeBron. Barnes has the potential to be that guy, but I don't think he's there yet.

This, I'm a huge Barnes guy....follow the Tar Heels a lot and I'm happy someone like Kerr came in and helped him find his path in the NBA and mature more as a player....he has a nice fit where he is, but I could see him moving on in a year or 2 and being a nice SG/SF for a team similar to the Pels who desperately need it

Lebron is rested and had Frontline help that's he's never had. He will lay it all on the line and we'll see if it's enough.

There is an x factor though...

JR Smith

If he gets hot in two games, it will give the Cavs a great chance.

Yeah, they have to get him going early. He's gotta be strokin if the Cavs want to win.

It doesn't have to be game one, but he needs to be lights out in 2 or 3,

this same statement can be made about Curry and Thompson....they are shooters, not game controllers..LeBron can control a game in all aspects...driving, shooting, passing, defensively...

But Curry and Thompson are more consistent, and the expectation is that they will get 20+ points per game. JR's role is quite different.

Well, let's be honest, he's still going to eat. The plan I'm sure is to ensure that no one else on the Cavs eats.

yep, and that would probably do it for the dubs. shut down everyone else and let LBJ have his share.

Bulls have the #1 defensive efficiency in the playoffs. He did just fine.

I think from a defensive stand point going against GSW is good for LeBron because GS is more undersized and will play small ball like the Cavs like to do with TT or Mozgov as center.

LeBron will be going down to the post much more, like the Hawks serie because of Milsap and Horford being undersized. Instead of settling for jumpers, like he did in the Bulls series where had Pau Gasol and Noah who aren't so undersized.

Either way. Gonna be a good series. Wouldn't be surprised if GSW wins but either way it should be good.

Chris Bosh is way better than anyone on this Cavs frontcourt and it isn't even close

I just think the Warriors are too deep. As was seen in the Rockets series, Harden was an fing man for 3 of those games.

He had 28/11/9 in game 1, 38/10/9 in game 2 and 45/9/5 in game 4. Those numbers are as good as what LBJ has been putting up. However, Harden stunk up the joint in the 2 other games. The Rockets lost both the first 2 games when he averaged 33/10.5/9. That's why i think 30/10/10 isn't enough for LBJ

They played the most offensively inept team in the playoffs in the first round.

Golden State had the #1 defense in the league over an 82 game sample while playing at the fastest pace in the league. Their defense is MUCH better than Chicago's.

exactly...GS relies on those 2, whereas if JR goes nuts that is lagniappe for the Cavs
