Sam can really play, LSU has some strong prospects coming in the next couple of years for sure

Didn't even know he played in the Masters.

At last year's Masters, ny son and I were at the Tuesday practice round. Saw a guy with a small bag hitting on the range that neither of us recognized. All the tour pros were stopping by to shake his hand and chat, so we got curious as to who this was. It ended up being Smith. (cs,b)

That is cool actually, many of the players have a lot of respect for the amateurs who do what it takes to qualify for the Masters

Such a great experience...I was paired with a guy recently who played in the Masters as an amateur and it was great to hear what it was like between the ropes from his perspective

I'm not so sure that he couldn't make it on tour. He is an elite amateur golfer.
