How many buckets were made in the last minute of that game?

The context of NCST has it beat.

If Villanova had double digit losses, they were playing two all-time legends, and the shot was an air ball, then yes.

83 was incredibly improbable. That's why it's no. 1. Tonight was great though!

It's a good thing this game was an epic one because past the first weekend the games weren't close and sucked for fans.

Another difference between tonight and NCST was that if Villanova missed the 3, it's OT.

If Lorenzo Charles doesn't slam it in, game over. They lose.

You might want to check on that again. While I agree shots while trailing, and not tied, are always more epic, the NC State/Houston game was tied.

Jimmy Valvano running around looking for someone to hug. All time classic.

It was 52-52 at the time.

Besides, I think everybody can agree that the upset itself was a huge deal, I don't think the finish, although great, was as spectacular as last night's.

I mean last night has two crazy three pointers in the last five seconds alone. NC State had a discombobulated (actually very similar to UNCs last possession) three point airball and a great catch and dunk.

Someone tweeted Paige had the greatest shot ever in college basketball for 4.7 seconds.
