nope ... but there's nothing wrong with it being the 'least' favorite major ... there are only 4, and one of them has to be last ... the us open has become my least favorite major the last several years, especially the last two, given the way the usga has screwed the spectators at chambers bay and dj at oakmont ... the pga of america knows how to run a golf tournament - the usga does not ...

Usually but sometimes it delivers big.

2014 it was by far the years best major. Rory Phil Rickie and Stenson all went off on Sunday.

2013 Dufner put on a driving clinic on Sunday to beat Furyk.

2010 was crazy with the DJ debacle and the K Mart Bubba playoff. A lot of guys were in that one on Sunday

2009 Tiger Yang speaks for itself

2008 Sergio Harrington was good

2005 Phils Monday win at Baltusrol

2001 Mickelson Toms was a great duel

2000 Tiger May was on another level

PGA is actually pretty legit

and it always has the strongest field by far of the 4 majors ... it's not a national championship, and it's not augusta, so people think of it as last, which is fine (jack felt it was 2nd, i believe) ... the masters always has the weakest field ...

the us open playing at all these random courses (last year and next year) has me not liking it as much.

i like the open championship best.

in their defense, they're choosing new courses that are public ... one of the reasons i like the open so much is i can play any of those courses (golf clubs in the uk are required to be semi-public at a minimum, i believe) ...

I'm liking this long drive competition on the first hole. Speith was leading for a little while at 314. And then Rory came to the tee and dropped a 345yd bomb.

Fowler is iffy now. He has been really bad lately.

As of today, I'd take Haas over Fowler.

Give me these 4 too.

Fowler is too good to pass on. Never know when he'll flip the switch.

Also I think they should pair him with Mickelson. Mickelson has been as good as anyone over the last few cup events. Especially 14 Ryder and 15 Presidents. He and ZJ got it done in the Pres last year but he just has more chemistry with Rickie.

Mickelson is 5-2-1 in Pres and 5-2 in Ryder Cups since 2012. His career record before was garbage for whatever reason.

well, rickie is pretty much a lock.

as is reed.

the final two spots are likely down to koepka, berger, furyk, and haas.

and love is gonna pick his boy furyk.

Ricky is not a lock per standings or current performance. However, he probably is a lock just from a marketing standpoint.

Let's be honest, he sucks arse lately and if the Ryder Cup was next week I wouldn't want him. I'd take Koepka, Reed(easiest pick), Haas, Dufner, Hoffman, Furyk before even considering Fowler. He's been that bad.

he's a lock. he will be a captain's pick if you have heard how davis love talks about him.

reed is definitely the easiest captain's pick.
