Just flipped over. My favorite non-LSU BCS NC of all time.

I love how this was an OSU home game. Their fans filled the place up and there were like 12 people in green and orange.

1. That Miami team lost their secondary and gave up more than twice as many points as their predecessors.
2. There was simply no pass interference on Gamble.

Obligatory post by UGA fan about the 2002 season:

WE WOULD'VE PLAYED IN AND WON THAT GAME, TOO, IF IT WEREN'T FOR THOSE MEDDLING GATORS AND TERRENCE EDWARDS RARE CASE OF STONE HANDS

Meh the right call is defensive holding which brings the same result. We could go on and on about missed calls that would of won this game for osu in regulation.

What a joke of a penalty in OT. Not to mention it was extremely late.

This, clear as day, this. People rather be ignorant though and create a controversy. When they do this, they ignore a clear completed pass by OSU (Gamble I believe) with two minutes left that would have let OSU run out the clock... Refs blew it and today with replay would have been overturned... But that doesn't fit the narrative for most people.

For some reason, there are a TON of Ohio State alumni and fans in that area. Even have a town called Buckeye.

another narrative (that i once was guilty of buying into) was how far away OSU was from Miami in talent

OSU sent a lot of players to the draft immediately following this game, and then set the fricking record for players drafted from a school the year after. a lot of those OSU guys played in the NFL. i think it's like 20/22 or something
