There are supposed to be 13 members, but the first three years it has been 12.
2014 - Archie Manning bails before the season starts.
2015 - Pat Haden is shamed and resigns before the committee meets for the first time.
2016 - Lloyd Carr bails for health reason.
Curse?
Three more days till Thursday.

Isn't it a bunch of old guys? 2 were for health reasons, not that shocking.

I still have no idea why they ditched the BCS formula for a committee.

Just take a few of the more trustworthy computer rankings, that can be your committee. I trust those more than humans.

People bitching about the committee even though the 4 teams selected both years have been almost universally accepted to be exactly correct.
