He was my favorite player with the Magic. I still remember reading the feature article in the Houston Chronicle over and over again when we got him. Of course, I expected better results.

Trust me. I'm fully aware that I have the most frustratng fandom of all-time. No need to remind me. I don't even know why I bother getting excited.

Not really.

They're all perennial "meh" teams. Accept and embrace.

Boston in the late 90s early 2000s was frustrating. The braves during the mid-late 90s was frustrating.
The mavericks are frustrating. Oregon is frustrating. Those teams have/had potential to win it all for multiple years.

A&M beat Bama in 2012.
Houston won it all what, 20 years ago?
Spurs?

Mine, too. Was fun seeing him in Atlanta for one year, even if his back wouldn't behave

He was fun to watch, no doubt. The problem with TMac was he always looked like he was put out by being there. If he could have reigned in the ego just a hair then holy shite. He was like the Kevin Smith of basketball. "Well I'm pretty damn good because of that one thing way back in the past...remember that? I was good. So you frickers should play to me!"

The Rockets have been in the playoffs most years of my life, losing in the first round all but once. They missed the playoffs three years in a row at one point, being the first team out all three years.

Tottenham Hotspur qualified for the Champions League and was bumped when Chelsea miraculously won the damn Champions League, gaining an automatic spot.

The Aggies are the kings of starting in the Top 10 and sucking hard.

Don't even get me started with the Texans. Only the Texans could have the worst record in the NFL after being picked by many to get to the Super Bowl.

I remember when he started going off in some first round playoff game, and then he rolled his ankle. I just had to laugh.

Soooo it is expected.

Sooooo they pretty much suck, had a solid team with Bale, lost hit, and suck again.

Yeah they are, have always been, and always will be the Colts' bitch. They won the division twice. Once with no Peyton Colts and the second time with rookie Luck. Sooooooo, typical Texans.

It is not frustrating if you look at things historically.

The Rockets have had many good teams over the years. Injuries killed the McGrady / Yao era. They had some contending teams.

When they had Barkley they got to the conference finals.

So there were teams since the back to back titles that were contenders.

Rockets have been good for pretty much my whole life. They have 3 losing seasons in the last 30, I'm not sure there are any NBA franchises who have less but I'm too lazy to look it up.

Nobody ever watches sports thinking about history, bro. Just let me sulk in peace, you dickhead.

No judgement.

Prior to the results of the 09' season, my proudest professional sports moment was Reggie Bush being drafted by the Saints. We've all been there before.

1. I just finished watching this 5 times in a row. I still get teary eyed.
2. I wonder how often T-Mac brought that up in his short time with the Spurs.
3. This is a longer version with T-Mac's interview with Craig Sager at the end. LINK
4. This is 1 of only 2 moments that I can really give Spurs fans a hard time about. The other one: LINK I remember one of my Spurs friends was freaking out about a Leonard dunk one time, and I tweeted at him that the video was already up, but it was just this link of Hakeem dominating Robinson.

"I don't know how I can say it with a straight face, but I thought most of the time I defended him pretty well." - David Robinson
