I'd love to know as well. Should've taken the dividend and ran, I'm hurting now.

Sorry all...shoukd have spilled the beans on the main board. I worked on the commercial team for the last 3 years. Basically, MACK had to sell Their commercial products due to no runway. Without it, the company couldn't survive. Now an R&D company only and a couple of drugs in Phase 2. The drop comes bc of a few factors in my opinion. Revenue enough to fund into 2019 only, heavy short interest, no data in a while on their Phase 2 products, and lack of confidence MACK can make a deal for them if successful. These negatives combined with the dividend has led to this huge drop.
My thoughts only: I think it drops a little bit more, perhaps under a dollar but no less. Everything rests on the Phase 2 data for 141 and 121 and the trials for Onivyde in front line treatment for Panc. Any positive news pushes the stock up and brings out buyers, which leads to longer revenue runway to fund other pipeline products and studies.
For me, I'm buying if it drops under a dollar. That's a low risk move with high potential for big short term gains. Not sure it ever gets up to the 10$ range again unless they find a blockbuster as part of research, but you never know.
I loved working there...the people are great! Smart, innovative and just good people trying to make a difference in the pancreatic space, which has very little options. They just tried doing too much at once and could never get a deal for any pipeline products to continue to fund the spends.
Anyway, email me if you want to know more. Happy to give my 2 cents.
On another note, lots of great biotechs in Boston doing well and worth looking at short and long term.

the sale of Onivyde could end up being genius if 141 hits - because as i understand it 141 has much better potential for panc treat.

im glad to hear it was a great company to work; one of the major reasons i was so encouraged to invest in the company was from listening to the conference calls - the guys just seemed sharp and had their shite together.

i rebought a couple weeks ago at 1.45 after divy was paid and my stop loss hit at 1.35.

so ive been looking to get back in soon; maybe ill start a small position monday
