looking to do a refi. shopping it around.
want to see what they are at compared to some of the quotes we're getting
anyone got a name of someone in metairie/kenner/nola area that knows their stuff inside and out on refi's?

They pissed me off and ran me around for nearly 45 days before I finally pulled the plug. Continued to ask for more and more and more information because they weren't trying to underwrite the note themselves but lining up an investor to purchase the note subsequent to close. House was being finance for 50% of appraisal & 75% of invested. Trash bank and even worse for our small business.

Your current lender will probably call you when they see your report ran. Mine did and ended up with a better deal. I didn't have to do much.

I am doing a HELOC with them and they are SLOWWWWW!
My girl at assurance financial just did our new mortgage and she got it done very quickly. The other lender told me there is now way we could get it done that fast.
