It was $410k-ish to resolve real estate from my parents' estate.

I'm not wealthy. Not nearly. But dad-gummit I'm comfortable.

Bought a truck for $25k a few years back. No house purchase yet so I'm sure that one will be the next record.

I have signed 8 figure checks as part of my job duties, and I have signed authorizations for 9 figure wire transfers. Do those count?

I got news for ya. Just over 10% of adults aren't even that advanced. They don't have bank accounts to write checks. They pay everything in cash. You need to watch Judge Judy.

I have to put 15% down on every flip I buy because they're not my primary residence. Also have wrote several 6-8k checks to sketchy contractors.

Never a good feeling
