Which Amex business do you have? I’ve heard many say the Sapphire Reserve is comparable to the Amex platinum

I don't personally need to carry anything, but my butler carries Chase Sapphire Reserve and Citibank Double Cash.

Just the basic gold one. I used to have the Platinum but I was paying $450 yearly for a card I hardly used. Of course that was 10 years ago so maybe it'd be worth it now.

Platinum has since upped its game, getting perks similar to the Centurion. And the fee is now $550. A lot of people are upgrading to plat simply because the card metal now too.
