I know property loans are higher than house loans. Anybody know what is good these days?

You will get around 7% then. Sucks and you need 20% down

You may be able to do better in you can convince them it's farm land and get a govt sponsored loan

I'm getting 4.5% locked in for 5 years on a 15 year loan for 2 semi-cleared acres. Plan to pay off within the first 5 and they require 15% down...
