First year complete in Telecom. Company did extremely well so our base salary bonus was 120%. My base is 75k (which isnt bad for an entry level EE fresh from college). Raise is 8%.
So in April my est Total Cash Payout for 2016-2017 will be 87.075k pending we meeting business needs. (100% of portfolio).
I am curious though in the next 5 years if unemployment continues to stay low, how they will effect white collar raises.

I'm hoping to not get a cut I've been knocking it out of the park too.

I've been blessed. Most of our business is Oil & Gas related, but I also have other markets I operate in. I received a decent bonus last year along with 4.5% salary increase. I have been told a I will be getting a promotion is this year once a head count gets approved. However, Oil prices will likely dictate this. I've worked my arse off for that 4.5%.

Affect. The word you're looking for is affect.

I gave myself a paycut this year to expand my business into Georgia. Things are going well, and next year should be really nice.

We're more bonus-based which I don't prefer.
I got about a 10% bonus and raise will likely just be the minimal 3% base raise.
This year or next I'm gonna go in with a hard push for a raise.
