nope sorry I don't follow the microcaps. I am interested in hearing how people think the large cap biotech market and market in general will move forward after this obamacare vote. Im interested in selling some vol.

Kicking my butt. I missed by a couple cents on an entry point under $26 last Friday. Now it's spiking over $29 after hours. I hope STM catches some more of that.

Personally, I think these biotech trials will start being a lot shorter. I know part of his overhaul is to loosen restrictions on the FDA, but I believe the business part of him will say does the medicine work or not. If not, sending it to the chopping block. They want to get premiums and medicine cost down and what better way than companies having to constantly finance retrials.

Just my two cents

I can respect that, I mean in general if obamacare isn't repealed do we want to be long or short the IBB?

I'm going to be long on the IBB when I get back in. I'm waiting a month or so to see how it pans out. With the vote/no vote fight and Trump's war on drug pricing, I think it will drop for a little bit before all the companies feel out the new laws/FDA. I think regardless of repeal or no repeal, biotech will be good in next few years before the market is flooded with biosimilars.
I'm still learning about a lot of this but spend a lot of time reading and looking at charts and past events of the market.
AKA learning to not go wild off of StockTwits like when I first stareted

Yep, sure did. Thanks.

Have been wondering if/how all this healthcare squabbling affects it. But I got in good after your post and been riding a nice wave last couple days. This and chip stocks OCLR & STM have made me nice money today.

I think we're headed back down to pre-election levels on the SPX, the entire rally was based on repealing obamacare, tax cuts, and other trump agenda promises that haven't been fulfilled to this point. Im going to exit most of my longs and sit back and let the market settle the next few weeks.

I agree. I'm thinking it may fall lower than pre election with a lot of people worried about not knowing what is gonna happen. I've made some real good money for my little account these past few months.

ACHC, TSLA and GG are my only real winners today. ACHC was very good timing. Thank you.

I probably got back in to AUPH this morning. I had an outstanding buy order that may have triggered. Haven't checked my account yet.

Next, I don't know whether to cut and run or hang in long the market hoping for earnings to come to the rescue. Earnings and Tax Reform are the remaining catalysts. And I hate counting on Washington for anything.

I dont like where the market is, but Tesla like I said has the model 3 launch coming in very short order, I just sold my ACHC for a nice quick gain, and my only longs now are WYNN,TSLA,AMZN,GOOGL. I sold everything else.

as we speak Tesla is breaking out into that gap fill

holy shite when I posted ACHC it was $39.10 or whatever up $5 in 2 days, thank you failed healthcare bill
