Divorce final in July 2015. Not sure how to file. Anyone have a recommendation on a tax accountant in the Baton Rouge area? TIA.

Poodle is in BR, but what you are on the last day of the year determines your status for the year. So assuming you don't remarry by end of the year, you can file single, or if you have a dependent you may be able to file head of household.
