Right. If they go out of business, that has a stronger anti-competative impact than the buyout does.
Which makes me wonder if this wasn't an inside deal by JetBlue to blow this up. This was more and more looking like a terribe deal for JetBlue.

Tuesday it was right about 15.
This morning I bought some at 5.82. Not much, just some in my "play" account.
It's dropped another 25% today, down to 4.36 at this moment.
Stock is spooked and they have debt, but I feel like there is a place in the market for them... either alone or with someone else.

I don't understand the crazy drop.... wasn't JetBlue going to purchase around $30/share?
How could it be valued at $5 now?

I would think the liquidation value, net of debt, is more than the current stock price.
