Currently have Allstate. Is there anything
better available for full coverage?

There's also different levels of "full coverage". Make sure you're comparing apples to apples.

Just switched to them from State Farm. Very good rates on auto, homeowners and life.

this X 1000000

Call an independent agent and have him shop you the best rate for what you need. Don't be beholden to any direct agents.

My wife and I (She's 22, I'm 23) use USAA auto insurance, and we're paying 108.00 a month for both of us with full coverage. We've got a $500 deductible.

If you can get on with USAA, IMO it offers it's customers the best rates on any type of insurance.

I was with USAA at one time. Got better rates
elsewhere. I got a quote from Geico today that
was $100 cheaper every 6 months than Allstate
with higher liability limits. It pays to shop
around.

Keep an eye out for teaser rates. Most companies have them.

Talk to an Independent Insurance Agent, they aren't married to a specific line. My auto is with SafeCo for the past several years, much better rate and a bit better parameters than GEICO which I had for decades with two incidents, one a uninsured motorist claim in the mid-80s and another with no loss to GEICO around '03 with no BI claim on either.

Allstate and State Farm will screw your eyeballs out over time. They have all the compassion of a bad pit adder.

I'm getting screwed on my auto insurance with Liberty Mutual due to two accidents in one year. (Neither were my fault, but premiums have gone up). Anyone know how many years an accident stays on your record in Louisiana? I couldn't find anything definitive online.

I have liberty mutual as well and am paying too much. They had great customer service when I a lady hit me last year. Any idea how good customer service claims for some of the companies like Geico or Safeco?

I've had great luck with State Farm. Buddy yesterday switched to State Farm and saved a few hundred a year and better insurance coverage.

Update:
Switched to Geico from Allstate.
Raised Liability from $300,000/$500,000 to
1M/1M, Collision $100 deductible, Comp
$100 deductible, $100,000 Prop Damage,
$10,000 Med Payments, $50,000/$100,000 Economic
UIM, Labor & Towing, $35 day/$1050 total Car
Rental. Premium is $470 for 6 months on
2012 Ford Expedition. Allstate was going to
be $612 for six months with 300K/500K liability.

What amazed me was going from 300K/500K liability
to 1M/1M liability cost less than $15 for 6 months
with Geico.
