Anyone ever worked with a good patent attorney they could recommend to me? Region of the country is not as important as their skill and experience. The product is a chemical and has taken 4.5 years to commercialize.

I wanted to wait until we were sure the product worked and now that it has and we are selling, I want to protect the technology. If one of our competitors got a sample, they could eventually figure out how to synthesize and produce.

Suggestions and TIA!

Steve Sarussi at MBHB. Admittedly I have no idea what he charges but in my experience you get what you pay for with patent attorneys.

Bennett Ford at Roy Kiesel is the best in the business -- and has a background in Chemistry which may be beneficial.
