Don't feel like making an account right now. How does it compare to FundRise? Fundrise basically required you to have $5,000 (IIRC) as a minimum investment and prove that you had ~$500k in net worth to invest in most projects.

You have to have a high income or high asset value in order to invest on those sites.
I can't remember the exact number but I believe over 1 mill in assets or make over 250k annually for the past few years.
It's what they call "accredited investors"

I can't find that info unless I have overlooked it. In fact, I see where they say that some investments may be as small as $1000 minimum but the average is $5000 minimum.

Interesting.
I have been wondering about a crowd-funded real estate lending site for awhile now....I have no idea if it is even legal under Dodd-Frank or would require ridiculous regulatory compliance but I would imagine that's why you aren't seeing such things on a small residential level
