they delayed the "review" process from May/June to Sept/Oct. So no raises until then.

I doubt we get any raises this year. Of course, I got a very nice raise last year.

As am I, but that extra 25% would boost my cash on hand/savings account enough to make me feel comfortable.

Yea 25% would do the same for me .. but i'm just hoping for 4%.. but i doubt that happens

Yea, I'm on a stair-stepped program that I signed into my contract last year. The only thing stopping it is an executive order from the CEO, which he did (suspended all raises). Sucks right now, but I'm employed...
