We could see $1500+ gold and $30+ silver by the end of the year.

Highest close for the Dow since Lehman collapsed.

Apparently Big Ben carries some respect, because I think this is exactly what he was aiming to accomplish.

Will you ban yourself if it doesn't happen?

Hell no...just throwing a thought out. Having said that, after calming down a bit after the big gap up last week and some studying, I'm thinking 1420 to 1450 on gold and ~28 on silver could be a better guess.

That's ok, half the people who swore they'd self-ban if LSU beat Bama are still around.

Kicking myself in the arse for not buying silver at $10/oz about a year and a half ago.

I bought some at like $16 or so. Its done well.

I suspect gold is in a bubble right now as it approaches 1450. Silver is definitely in a bubble.

I think we are going to see a swing to the downside across many asset classes soon....by soon, I mean the next 100 years. No seriously, we are going to have a mini crisis in the financial sector at some point. And there is a lot of levered investment in gold that will cause a tumble. In 2008, we saw a decent sized tumble in gold.

All those late to the party in Silver got hammered today. I see one more higher high and then a significant pull back.

Nope, but I will say I wish I'd shorted it at yesterday's close.

margin calls. There is a lot of speculation in metals right now. I do believe that precious metals will do better than other asset classes over the next 2-5 years. But I don't trust the market, at all.
