You “in good faith” made this statement. So unless you are a complete sham, anybody can say their business was affected or you thought it would be affected.

That was the original language, but now it’s apparently that “current economic uncertainty makes this loan request necessary to support the ongoing operations of the Applicant.”
Not just, “I was affected”.
Idk, the more I think about it the more I believe this is just to keep the big businesses out of the small business program.
