re: Poodlebrain...Thoughts on the legislative tax acts?

There is no planning for 2014 anymore. All facts and circumstances are in the books. The only issue is the laws that apply to the filing of the returns. I have a difficult time imagining any court sanctioning a different set of laws for a tax return reporting the same facts and circumstances based on the date the return was filed. That would be denying taxpayers equal protection under the laws.
