Comcast in Houston is terrible. There's like two options for Internet and they both suck.

I haven't had any problems with Dish Network satellite tv but their internet is terrible. I finally just cancelled and went to Hughes.

American Airlines has to be the worst airline. I have had nothing but problems traveling with them and in Rio they are the slowest at checking in.

Lol what did Hertz do to you? I usually rent national but had hertz gold club before and never had problems

Maybe its the New Orleans Convention Center branch that's the problem. Bunch of incompetents. Basically they told my wife she had a rental on the insurance company's dime (from the dude that hit her car) for longer than they were actually covering it for and when she dropped it off they demanded the difference. The person who took her money said she would sort it out and she would get it back. Multiple phone calls went by, multiple promises to call her back - never happened. One of the guys who answered one of the times she called who claimed to be a manager at the store alone actually blamed it on his previously claimed to be not present "associate" when he accidentally hung up on her for the second time. Eventually she called State Farm (the other guys insurer) and they said they had had problems with Hertz and they paid the difference.

I realized I had a bunch of credit card rewards points just sitting there so I went online to cash them in for something. I settled on a $100 American Airlines gift card - I was traveling soon and thought it would be a good way to pay for baggage fees. Only problem: they didn't know how to take the gift card at the counter, which means I spent $100 out of pocket on baggage fees, round trip. They also charged me $40 per seat to book a flight over the phone (something I had to do because we were using two AA Advantage accounts). Screw American Airlines.

That said: I have had nothing but good interactions with Comcast. Their technician showed up early last week to establish service in my new house and the guy did a badass installation of my cable box in the closet & ran the cable through the wall.
