Probably even closer to 90-95% to 5-10%. Or even less. The bad ones really stand out. So, I try to remind myself that most people are reasonable and appreciative. I've found that there are some people that you cannot please. Not matter how hard you try, they will bitch about something. It used to bother me. Now, I do what I feel is reasonable and right. Once that's exhausted, I'm done.
