Relevant to Money Talk - anyone going to jump on this once it has a guaranteed dip?

The CEO of outdoor clothing giant Patagonia is burnishing her anti-Republican bona fides again, this time saying she intends to pledge her entire company to the “resistance” of President Donald Trump.

Patagonia CEO Rose Marcario recently attacked President Trump for his statements about rolling back President Obama’s unusually aggressive campaign of confiscating millions of acres of state lands and claiming them as “national monuments.”

“We have to fight like hell to keep every inch of public land,” Marcario said in a May article at Huffpost. “I don’t have a lot of faith in politics and politicians right now.”

Patagonia has always been a very liberal company. Huge environmentalists.

This might result in a short dip, but long term, very little people will care.

And their target market is people that are generally more environmentally aware. This won't hurt them much, if at all.

That may be their target environment, but everyone I have seen wearing Patagonia in my life likely is against the SJW/outcast conservatives movement

She's an idiot and isn't even correct in what Trump is doing. Obama tried to make millions of acres "monuments" so as to limit the future public use, basically turning it all into parks. Trump is not trying to take away any public land, he is just keeping the options for the future open. Making more of the lands "monuments" could very easily restrict public use for some lands to only things like hiking, so as to restrict even hunting and fishing and other outdoor activities.

This isn't the poli board; most people here have common sense, college degrees, and sometimes both.
