I have some in the warehouse that stay rented 25-30 days a month. They can be very profitable however my units are zoned commercial so I don't have any restrictions. One big thing to think about is the New Orleans Mayors Race. Desiree Charbonnet has a hard on to get rid of Airbnb and the currently elected counsel is 50/50. Pay close attention to the race for mayor and hope Seth Bloom wins his runoff. Otherwise Airbnb could take a huge step backwards as alot of the counsel wants to instill a homestead exception requirement to rent which would all but destroy commercial rentals.
