My wife was offered a 2-step promotion from an assistant area manager to VP position in the West Coast over medical clinics.

She was given the choice of hub from Vegas, SF, LA and Phoenix.

Anyone have any experiences with any of these areas?

She would get a 30k-45k raise or equivalent (ei. compensate for SF cost of living).

So, her raise would vary depending upon where you guys decided to move? Or, am I not understanding that correctly?

Phoenix

Why would you want to pay California taxes?
Phoenix is a better hub for other jobs than Vegas.

Given the four, I'd pick Phoenix.

Thats what she was told. SF her salary would be 200+ because of cost of living. Looked at housing and its crazy.

We are trully holdingout for Dalls/Houston area.

I'd probably do SF area if you can swing it with both of your salaries.
