Was offered a 30 yr fixed rate for 4.375%. Very minimal fees outside the BS processing & credit report fees.
Anyone seen a better combination of rate & fees lately?

About as good of a rate as you can get right now.

Rates have been lower last few weeks.
I had a loan close at 4.125% with a 740 score.
It is in line with today's rate range, with with a good credit score.

Rates for 15 yr fixed are the same right now. 4%, 4.125%
Investors are buying better at 30 yr mark. This has been the case for almost a year now.
