Those have been fixed. The biggest one is having the BOP close on "anticipated" flow, whatever the hell that mean.

Seems they backed off on most of the stringent rules. Rules will still hurt the industry but, from glancing at the revised rules, it's not as bad as originally proposed.

you forgot to mention that it also allowed the local politicians across a few states to make BP's bank account their own personal treasure chest.
