The tests aren't easy. Usually 16-20 questions and timed. Just read the book and highlight main points. She doesn't provide a study guide, unfortunately. Best of luck.

I appreciate the insight. The articles we're assigned to read, those are what we use to post to the discussion forums?

You're welcome. The articles you're assigned to read from the textbook?

No, the journal articles she has assigned for each Module. We have to find them through the library database.

Those were a pain, but once you got the hang of it, wasn't too bad.

Found a sweet deal on the textbook for my MADM701 Organizational Behavior class. Lowest price I was finding was $165 for USED copy. New was over $200. Crazy! Then I used a textbook search engine and it pointed me to Amazon's German portal at Amazon.de

They have the book brand NEW for $89 USD total with shipping. Yes - I confirmed it's the English version. It's shipping from Germany and will arrive here by Friday via DHL.

Thanks for the info. How much was it online at Barnes & Noble? Has she issued the syllabus for the class on Moodle?

She emailed us a syllabus in Word format 2 weeks ago but as of today Moodle is still not active for the class. B&N had it for $65 to rent for 60 days. It's weird because the rental price was $58 on Friday and then all of a sudden jumped up. Then it was out of stock for rental this morning. B&N wants $227 to buy a new copy.

Paul, do you need this class? I thought you were done? Or are you looking to do some wheeling and dealing?

I'm enrolled in this class. After this, I'll need ISDS and be done.

Thanks!

We'll have to keep in touch on here. "See" you in class.

I'll be in MADM 701 with y'all. I've switched my schedule around so many times trying to figure out what to take. I'm also gonna try out that new elective, BADM 790, had to buy three books for that class, hope it's not too much work.

It takes 10 courses (each course is 3 credits) to earn your MBA (30 total credits. So total tuition is $11,270. Then budget in an additional $1,200 for books. So for $12,500 you get an MBA from a recognized school with what is considered the top accreditation.

I searched through literally hundreds of MBA programs and I'd challenge anyone to find a more recognized school with a lower price. There's a couple Southeastern Palooka State type schools that are slightly cheaper but then the rest of you life you'll have to over-explain where the school is and why in the world you went there. LSU's brand is internationally recognized. No explanation needed.
