52w high was at 47.33
52w low was at 3.68
Currently at 4.97

I know they are about to starting selling more product with the production of a new ammonia plant. I have read where they may be in touch much debt to climb out. Not huge into the stock market but i do dabble a bit.

Thinking about buying a good amount of shares, what do y'all think?

I don't understand their business, but they seem to have income to support the debt, most of which looks to be longer term debt. Insiders own a fair chunk. maybe look at their debt structure, and especially look at their convertibles, if any. I doubt they have any debt that would eventually translate into dilution, but I'd make sure first.

Also, I'm not sure what you mean by buying a lot. Aa a percentage of your entire asset portfolio? As a percentage of a sector? I have one stock that comprises over 6% of my net worth. One. Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing if anyone cares. I like their old name better than 3M. 6% is probably way to high a percentage, but it's grown over the years. I need to balance it out eventually. Probably stupid to have one single holding that could have a 6% impact.
