I think I'm going to go free and pass the basic test and then see if I can get a client, as one is probably all I can take on.

Not a bad plan. And you can have them use QB Online. For many, many years, QB Online was absolute garbage, but they have come a long way. Your client pays a monthly fee, you can access their stuff, no one needs to buy any software, etc.

constant-content.com

You write blog-y articles on anything you want and put it up for sale. You can get anywhere from $20 to $50 for even a 500 word article. The catch is you have to submit a writing sample to get accepted. After that everything you submit is reviewed by editors. The reason why the articles sell high is buyers come in knowing that a quality control has already been performed.

I do it every now and then. The only downside is it can take a long time before someone buys your article.

I have done some writing for text broker as a 4 star (out of 5) writer via their rating system, but it kinda sucks. no good topics. Will have to try this out.

There are a lot of freelance opportunities in bookkeeping, graphic design, writing, computer coding, etc.

I know some people that have used Upwork.

Where can you find these opportunities?
