Is ebay now a buy?

Ebay is down a good bit off of its recent highs. I'm thinking the stock is starting to look attractive at these prices. Anyone buying?

If you throw Ebay into the tech sector, I think its reasonably valued/slightly undervalued. Ebay's targeting to be global ecommerce leader and investing in China huge, where online commerce is picking up and American goods are highly valued.
Pay Pal is doing very well in mobile payments, and i think will continue to expand both domestically and internationally.
Wouldnt buy my whole position now.
