Sorry I haven't replied in a few days, been a little busy. I found the same thread on World Law that you quoted Gentilly, that coupled with some other negative press about Navitas led me to back out of the deal.

I'm sure the damn thing will pop and everyone will get Kardashian rich.

Thanks for the advice Money Talk Millionaires.

I'm still shocked at the number of folks that can't see this as a scam regardless of having an O&G background or not. When some of you get old (or before) you're going to be wiring money to Nigeria.

The navitas the OP is talking about is a different company than the bad press one mentioned earlier. I believe, (correct me if I'm wrong OP) he is talking about a new startup company in Lafayette and the CEO is certainly not Dan Williams

OP, secretariat amarite?

I have been approached Why? Are you a good friend of one of the principals? Why do they feel the need to divvy up the investment in shares as small as 12K?

This is all the advice one needs for most low dollar investment opportunities.

Why?

I was simply stating if you don't want to invest in a wildcatting company directly, u can find MLP's that consist of wildcatting companies without being a direct investor.
