$140-170/SF depending on whether is has a porch, mature trees, car port, open floor plan, Quality of renovation, and how much character the house has.

Golfer, I have a 3BR 3BA house at about 1980 SF in Southdowns that was fully updated in 2013. What would be a good starting point in regards to $/SF to ask for?

I'd have it listed at $375,000 assuming you aren't in a hurry to sell.
If you listed it for $330-325k it would have multiple offers in 24 hours.
