Grubhub is the nation's largest takeout marketplace?

It surprised me to read that Grubhub is the nation's largest takeout marketplace. I fully expected UberEATS to hold that title. When I query food possibilities with Grubhub, I just don't see as many options as with UberEATS. When I travel, I see limited utilization in most cities. This suggests to me how much more room for growth Grubhub has.
Their stock is currently at $33.77 after recently dropping from $43.69 during the past 6 months.
I'm thinking buy based on perceived growth potential, but I'm not deep into financials as I should be. That's why I lurk here often. What says the Money Board?

Uber eats is probaly too new. It reached Columbus about 6 months ago and that is a metro size of like 1.7 million. Even then, DoorDash has a much bigger selection for me. I'm sure it just hasn't arrived yet everywhere for long enough.

Amazon prime now has food delivery where I'm at and it's free for prime members, tough to battle Amazon I wouldn't wanna hold grub stock bc Amazon has shown it's willing to lose money to dominate segments

Grubhub has been around much longer. I was using it in Chicago back before Uber even existed.
In the long term, this stat certainly will not hold true. I don't even think Grubhub exists here in Austin.

Didn't their CEO say some pretty disparaging things about Trump? That kind of shite isn't lost on your average red-blooded deplorable like myself. I'm not saying that's the sole reason why the stock has dropped 25% in the past 6 months but it's sure got something to do with it.

Waitr is going to kill Grubhub, IMO.

Seamless (owned by Grubhub) is king in NYC. I don't see that changing soon.

I member something like that from a few months ago.
But doesn't Grubhub mostly serve areas like NYC/Chicago/San Fran, where people would go out of their way to use Grubhub after something like that?
I wouldn't use them because it's easier and faster to just go Rouse's or Neco's or Walmart or Winn Dixie. That isn't the case if you're somewhere like SoHo.
