Show the board some expected return vs. risk points, in so doing.

This. "Good" can mean a lot of things. I think people's expected returns have been greatly skewed in recent years. When someone thinks a 25% return is shite, you know we haven't hit bottom yet.

Hate the owner and hate the stock but META is still hard for me to not see as a ridiculous deal right now.

Microsoft and the open AI potential is pretty big as well.

That being said, feels like everything is going to be pretty stagnant for the next 18-24 months besides some commodity type stuff.

Valuations are getting crushed left and right and the days of excess are halted until the next printing cycle starts.

Silvergate Capital (SI) appears to have survived the crypto fallout of 2022. If BTC fully recovers, this could be a savvy and safe way to play BTC’s next pop. The short interest is pretty high and the share price is about 95% off its highs.

AMD

we're still just scratching the surface of the cloud build out...plus just like your home PCs/mobile phones all need constant upgrade cycles, so do datacenters ...and all of the coming AI and metaverse explosion is incremental to that base...some technical experts also think there's been an inflection point in the technological leadership between them and Intel...even if that's not fully happened, they've arrived and are eating into Intel's share in a huge and profitable market...all forecasts show that trend to contine and accerelate in the next 3-5 years

WTH caused them to dip from $20+ a year and a half ago to $1.5? I need to study this one more in depth. Hell a buy at $2 and a recovery to half of its high is a hell of a gain.

Kinda late on these now. Had you mentioned these 3 when the thread started you would be the man.
Although TSLA and NVDA were mentioned.

SOFI, NextEra or AEP, and Prologis seem good to me. But I’m a long term investor not short term. Pretty much always buy VOO and VXUS
