This is very confusing. Do the exhibits suggest that all E85s listed are eligible? Thats how i see it...also an effective date of april 30th.

I just purchased an F150 on Friday. Does this mean I get the credit or not?

So I'm good with a 2011 Titan Flex Fuel?

I've already gotten the money BTW. I don't want to give it back.

CPAs are just as confused on this, the state has sent email saying Flex fuels don't count, but this link says they do

Here's the problem. I tried to tell the state that there is a difference in E85 flex and all other flex. They didnt listen to me. The state thought all flex was not E85.

eta: alternatively, HERE

and it's not really a "ruling," it's a "rule."

they decide these things themselves.

I can't believe this ruling, the state, which is broke, is just giving away money with this
