Fed rate hikes: raised a quarter point at today's meeting

Some are calling for 4 rate hikes this year and 4 next year. Seems hawkish to me. Thoughts?

That seems aggressive, but it needs to happen. Anxious to see what the markets do with the first one likely coming today.

I hope so, home prices are getting out of hand and running away from my generation. Hence why we rent :( .

Not really. You just not looking at the numbers right. You'll pay more for a 190k house at 6% than you would a 220k house at 4%.
