But you don't have 1 billion. And you never will if you keep pursuing penny stocks just so you can feel good about a 3.5% gain in a day. (MVIS is up 3.5%, or 9 cents since my first post.)
BTW, CMI is up $1.54 right now, or 2.7%. So I'm up $1,200+ for the day. You're up how much $$$ with MVIS today? See my point?

Congratulations.

Not any more.....

As I write this reply, MVIS is up 2.76%, or 7 cents.

CMI is up 2.84%, or $1.55.

Why are you so pissed? You've been pumping MVIS for months now and yet it's selling for less than 50% of its price of last October (4 months ago).

So, today it moves up a whopping 9 cents to start the day and you ask for props on here from other posters? Congratulations on your investment insight! I hope I can grow up and be like you one day.

BTW, I could have a nine inch penis also if I wanted to.

But I'm not going to cut off half of my dick just so I can be like you.....

I was pretty proud of myself for nailing the move up ... I called 5% last night and nailed it exactly... even mentioned that it would probably pull back after that... I think that is props worthy although I was just kidding around when I requested it....

MVIS is up since the first time I shared with the board...also, you had an opportunity to more than double your money that even you about.... so don't give me that shite.... besides, my "investment advice" is not due for evaluation yet since my thesis was over 2 years out.... let's talk then big guy...will you be man enough to eat some crow ?

I'm only pissed off b/c I have given you too much credit in the past... you obviously don't know wtf you are talking about if you can't understand the difference between % & $

I doubt that's the real reason.

Like I said earlier, to each his own. I'll stick with making more money.

Nah...I've found your "tips" to not be to my liking.

You and I obviously have different investment objectives and philosophies when it comes to stocks. Neither of us is wrong, or right....just different.

Russian, I'll drink with you.... but I think if we took a poll about % or $, you will find yourself all alone

it's really basic, common sense stuff.... how you don't already understand this is beyond comprehension

IT wouldn't be the first time nor will it be the last.

I guess I'll just have to cry all alone all the way to the bank.....

Zilla - looking long term ie. hoping this company can explode if/when cell phone companies adopt this into their products. Iphone having the ability to have a projector (for presentations/movies etc.) would be amazing.

However, I would like to hold off if there is going to be a drop back to the $2 range (or below). Wouldn't that be wishful thinking...

Also, for the XOM fans...is $65 - $68 still a "steal" entry price? What do you guys consider the cealing for buying in? Thanks for the insight guys!

my opinion, and not investment advice is :

Why not half now and if it pulls back, half at 2...avg at $2.40 in a couple of years and you will look like a genius.... ($2.40 happens to be close to my avg, and thats over about 10 lots)

the real risk with this stock is upside risk

if you are investing in it to be a multibagger in a couple of years then 30 or 40 cents won't matter much (especially if you are Russian)

I think you might be referring to one of my posts in this thread so I will respond. First, I am not recommending that you buy Exxon or any stock. But you asked my opinion...and that is all it is, an opinion. It is my largest stock holding, by far, so I am not exactly unbiased regarding XOM.

I wrote that I thought $63 was a very good price to get in XOM. Apparently others thought the same thing since it has moved up steadily since then. I don't know what your time horizon is, but I think Exxon is one of the best managed companies in the world. It has increased its dividend EVERY YEAR for the last 29 years.

It is currently paying an annual dividend of $1.68/share, or a dividend yield of a little over 2.5%, which is better than most banks' long-term CD rates. Plus dividends have a favorable tax treatment, at least until the end of this year. This means someone who is in the 28% Fed and 6% Louisiana income tax marginal brackets would have to get a CD rate of approximately 3.2% just to equal the after tax dividend yield of XOM.

While I don't expect it to double this year, or even next, I would not be surprised to see it go back over $80 within six months to a year. Historically whenever XOM reaches the $80-100 range, it has split 2 for 1.

I do expect XOM to be around for a long time with consistent price appreciation and a good, and increasing, dividend payout.

Say Z owns five thousand shares of MVIS. He's up $600 today.

Say I own 800 shares of CMI (hypothetically, of course). I'm up over $1,000 today.

Let me see....$600 or $1,000, which is better? Hmmmm....I think I'll go with the $1,000.

Really?
