People taking there profits I think. People see this one as a means to make some quick $ on its swings. So when it hit .90 a bunch got in and then sold before the weekend at 2.60. My un educated guess. It's not a .90 company...it's there just because of the oil price situation.

How doe de listing work...is it under a certain price for a certain time or are there other more instant triggers?

"Even a dead cat will bounce once when you throw it"

XXI.........

all those shelf acquisitions just piled up the abandonment liabilities.... and at these prices the good facilities are not even producing profitably

Just need 10 more 50% days in a row and we'll be back at $35/share.

So in February 2009 it dropped to s low of 1.65 from as high as $35 in spring of 08, it eventually recovered from 1.65 and soared all the way to $38

Does that show us that this company can regroup and pull it off again?

2008-09 was due to a global recession. This is due to the fundamentals in oil supply and demand. Oil is not going ack to $100 in the next 3 years so the rebound will be very long if they survive. Big IF at these prices.

Well I jumped in, my first solo stock purchase ever. Bought 20k shares at an average of .75 it's not a lot of money but it will be entertaining to see what happens from here. Guy at fidelity gave me a lecture on penny stocks and high risk

This is a penny stock now but its not a real "penny stock"...the ones that are pump n dumps.

If they pull it off and recover....you are going to make some coin
