That is found in most announcements. Exxon, I know, has the same basic print with theirs.

That's what I was looking for. Thought it might be common, just wasn't sure. I know a lot of talk in this and the SDRL thread has been cutting the dividend to stay afloat through this time and just didn't know if this was a subtle hint that they might be doing it.

They put about 1/3 - 1/2 of the company's assets on the selling block today. They announced the planned sale of 18,000 BOED. This is probably a move to pay off debt. I haven't seen a press release so I don't think this is necessarily the reason for the mini-bounce. I think EXXI just rose with the tide today, nothing more.

A lot of ups and downs for the next year or so but I think at that time it will be back to 15-20.
