How does the process work? Who do i call to evict a tenant? How much does it cost? How long does it take?

Call justice of peace think it was around 100 dollars last time I did it

Each state has their own process with notifications, etc. read up and start the notofications.

You can also just knock on the door, say I've started evictions, and I will evict you - or I will give you $250 and some boxes to gtfo by Friday.

Each state and locality is different. Call or stop by the courthouse and they can point you in the right direction.
