I read this thread last night and bought 1000 shares at $21.91 in the pre-market, watched the share price drop a couple dollars when the market opened for regular trading, and thought about doubling down but didn't. Now, of course, I wish I'd added when the share price dropped. I did end up selling for a nice profit at $28.3672. Thank you for the excellent information you posted which got me to read as much additional information as I could about the company, all of which gave me sufficient confidence to make my day trade for 1000 shares.

5m share offering at $18.50/share. Raising capital for more production of Lenz (need the money to meet production numbers for EUA application). A good buy opportunity IMO

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Kilcoyne, MD, MBA, MPH, to the newly-created role of Chief Medical Officer. His responsibilities will include the clinical development & regulatory strategy of #lenzilumab and #ifabotuzumab.

Dr. Kilcoyne brings to Humanigen strong leadership experience from multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and a strong clinical background in both Internal Medicine and Public Health Medicine. His most recent leadership role was in AstraZeneca, where he served as Vice President of Oncology Global Medical Affairs, Head of Evidence Generation and External Alliances, and previously as Vice President and Head of US Medical Affairs and Health Economics and Outcomes Research. Dr. Kilcoyne oversaw the development and delivery of the fully integrated global evidence strategy across the company’s complete oncology portfolio, including managing development of real-world evidence, epidemiology, biostatistics and data sciences, health economics and outcomes research, payer evidence, medical affairs sponsored research, and investigator research. He also led Global Oncology External Alliances, building strong scientific partnerships to advance patient care.

This is a strong addition to the team. I'm still adding to my position on dips. Hopefully news of EUA submission will be within the next couple of weeks

+15% this week going into EUA application. News of this should happen any day now (It's been 1 month since p3 results have been released).

Love it. I played this thing wrong in hindsight, but I'm here for the long game so I can't complain. Added a boatload on the dip into the $13's and $14's as well.

I'm absolutely loving this stock. I bought in a 15 and its up to 18.55 today and it seems to keep moving higher and higher each day incrementally which is something that I look for in a good growth stock.

Phase 3 results publicized. A lot of skeptics now have their answers!

This was a terrific call of a stock. At 20.22 today and it keeps slowly creeping up day after day. I'm holding 500 shares at 15 right now.

Love it man, glad you saw the value! Your cost basis is better than mine haha.

Just the tip of the iceberg IMO. I'm rolling over some calls and freeing up capital to buy more on the next dip. I really think Humanigen will be bought by a bigger player at some point, they just have too much in the pipeline not to. The covid therapy is only one side of this play, and I think the CART implications could be bigger than that. Let's hope all goes smoothly with the EUA application and we can keep this train rolling. This next 30-45 days should be exciting!

So it’s agreed by all here that now is still a good entry point?

I personally wouldn't be scared to buy around the $20 mark. The broader market is what scares me more than anything honestly, but a solid dip below $20 and I'm buying yet again. According to management, the news of the submitted Emergency Use Authorization application will come out before the month is out, and they've been hand in hand with the FDA through this whole process, so again I have no reason to doubt that they would not receive EUA. Plus their relationship with Janet Woodcock (acting commissioner of the FDA) gives me more confidence as well.

Its up another 6.9% right now. I'm up 53% at 21.40 on this stock and have no intention of selling it. Best performer of any stock in my portfolio.

Yeah she's perky right now. Interested to see what happens on the application news. It's a shame I screwed up my calls but you live and you learn. Still have 14 more with various strikes and 2,200 shares. Freed up some more funds in case we get another drop.

The more I research the more bullish I get. GM-CSF looks to be a promising target for more than just covid. I know I'm beating a dead horse but I feel like Humanigen is such a prime buyout candidate.

As expected, the application for EUA was submitted. Management has been on the money with their timelines which makes me feel even more confident in them as an investor. Next catalyst obviously is the (hopeful) approval.

We'll see how the market takes this, but as someone that is long this stock I'm pumped! I'm unwavering in my conviction for this company and believe EUA approval is imminent. Trying to free up some more powder in case we have a sell the news event.

Bought another 100 shares PM this morning. Didn't think we'd see under $20 again so I couldn't help myself. With SSR triggered from Friday this should turn green today
