Credit card for international use

I am looking for little to no international fees, little to no annual fees and earns points for anything (not just hotel). I have a 750+ credit score.

I will be working in Malaysia for 3-5 years and hope to rack up an arse load of points.

I have done a little leg work on Internet and it appears Chase has several that would qualify. Any others??

Chase charges me for fees.

I believe its Capital One that doesnt charge international fees.

Chase Sapphire Preferred has no international fees. Does have an annual fee though so may not be what you're looking for.

I have a Capital One that I use while living overseas. While true, I don't pay the 3% int'l transaction fee, they do charge me $39/yr. There are probably better deals out there, I'd just rather pay it than get another one.

Thanks. Looks like I will need to pick my poison... Annual charge vs international fees.
