what is the best way to consolidate debt? I have excellent credit and want to take all the small payments and make only one payment. What credit card is offering the best low interest rate right now?

I'd go to individual credit card website and see the offers that they have .. hopefully someone will be along to tell you there's a site that can compare them for you!

Type in "credit card offers" or "best credit cards for balance transfers" in google.
You'll get plenty of results.
And be careful if you're truly trying to consolidate on credit cards. Most now charge a minimum of 3 % on balance transfer fees of the balance.
