Hoping the MB could point me in the right direction to get rough estimates on installing decentralized/independent sewer and water for a new industrial development in the boondocks. I have rough assumptions that the contractor can use on consumption and discharge. We are not at the stage where an engineer is in play. Only looking for ballpark estimates. We have electrical.

Specific names of contractors would be helpful.

It being industrial is a big wild card. Definitely need more details.

What else would a contractor need to know for a ball-park estimate other than water consumption and waste discharge? We have the number of human life forms that would inhabit the buildings on an average day. There would be no other processes on site that would place unusual demands on the water/discharge.

That would seem to me like a big expenditure. You'd have to have someone essentially design a new wastewater system for you, which could be $$$$$$.
